Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on your location and the total amount of your order. When you place an order on our site, the exact cost of shipping will be calculated automatically based on these factors. You will have the opportunity to view the shipping costs before finalizing your purchase.

Delivery times

We understand that you are eager to receive your candles, which is why we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Here is what you can expect in terms of delivery times:

  • Order Processing : Your order will be processed within 1 business day from receipt of order. Exception for orders containing Jesmonite candles . As the containers are handmade and made to order, please allow 5-7 days. This time includes creation, drying, waterproofing and pouring.
  • Shipping : Once your order is processed, delivery time will vary depending on your location. Typically, domestic orders can take between 1-2 business days to be delivered. For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

    Shipping Options

    We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

    • Residence
    • Relay point
    • Pick up from workshop/home (Braives).

    We currently deliver to Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands.

      Order tracking

      As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You will be able to follow the progress of your order and know its estimated delivery date. The tracking link can also be found in "your account".
