Article 1: object

These conditions govern sales made between Maison Kaori and the customers of the site www.maisonkaori.com.

Article 2: Price

The prices of our products are indicated in EUR all taxes included (TTC) excluding shipping costs. Maison Kaori reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

Article 3: Orders

You can place an order on our website www.maisonkaori.com. The contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed when your order is validated.

Article 4: Validation of your order

Any order placed on the website www.maisonkaori.com implies acceptance of these General Conditions. Any order confirmation implies your full acceptance of these general conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.

Article 5: Payment

Payment for your purchases is made by credit card using the secure Shopify Payments payment system.

Article 6: Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process, within the time indicated on the order confirmation page.

Article 7: Return and refund

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty.

Article 8: Warranty

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee of hidden defects, provided for by articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

Article 9: Liability

Maison Kaori has, for all stages of access to the site, the ordering process, delivery or subsequent services, only an obligation of means. Maison Kaori cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network.

Article 10: Intellectual property

All elements of the site www.maisonkaori.com are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Maison Kaori. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site, whether software, visual or audio. Any simple or hypertext link is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Maison Kaori.

Article 11: Personal Data

Maison Kaori reserves the right to collect information about buyers, including by using cookies, and, if they wish, to transmit information about buyers to commercial partners who so wish. agreed to disclose their names and addresses. Buyers may object to the disclosure of their contact details by notifying Maison Kaori. Similarly, users have the right to access and rectify data concerning them, in accordance with the law of 6 January 1978.

Article 12: Archiving - Proof 

Maison Kaori will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the Civil Code. Maison Kaori's computerized records will be defined by all parties concerned as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.

Article 13: Dispute Resolution

These online sales conditions are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Belgium, notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party claims.
